Commission Rates

If we recover nothing, you pay nothing.

We will enter into a contract with you in which it clearly specifies that if we recover nothing, you pay nothing.  This contingency fee agreement will also clearly specify how much of the recovered money we are allowed to keep when we do recover the money.

The basic contingency fee rate for primary accounts over $500.00 is:

10% for all accounts under 30 days

20% for all Commercial Accounts

25% for all Consumer Accounts

Primary accounts are those accounts that have not previously been sent to another collection agency or attorney.

Secondary accounts (those that have previously been sent to another collection agency or attorney) are billed at a different rate, as are those accounts over one year old.

Please contact our office if you are a landlord, have a judgement to collect or collecting on legal fees as the fee/rate is different from above scheduled rates.
